Member Services :
AIBCF Members are mostly local businesses within the community that helps put together our semi-annual events. We hope that aside from participating as a vendor that you can also check us out and see how you can be involved in the preparation of these events. AIBCF offers a wide variety of training options to our members, who require cutting-edge information for optimum performance. Frequently in partnership with other statewide partners, AIBCF offers training sessions on a variety of Socia Economic Development related topics.
Becoming a AIBCF member
Companies must be out of “negative sectors”- arms, tobacco, etc.
Companies must be ethical, not in conflict with community and respect human rights.
The applicant company has to provide AIBCF with the following information:
* The reasons for wanting to join the network
* The company’s vision and perspective of CSR
* The company's current CSR profile
* The core issues and experiences the applicant would share within
the network
* The AIBCF activities and programmes particularly of interest to the
applicant company.
Based on this information AIBCF and the board of directors examines the membership application, which it can refuse on a consensus basis.
In the case of the former, the applicant receives a membership invitation and is presented as new member at the next board meeting.
