Awards :
When the Awards were first introduced in 2001 the concept of community business partnerships was relatively new. Since then, businesses have become more aware of the meaning and benefits of Corporate Social Responsibility and the number of community business partnerships has correspondingly increased.
The Awards are divided into three sectors; Individual, Corporate/Business and Institutional Awards. These Awards are presented at both State and National level.
The AIBCF Awards for Excellence in ALL India Businesss & Community Foundation , excellence in community business partnership reward and recognise those businesses and community organisations which come together to generate outcomes that have a long term benefit for the community. The Foundation honour individuals, organisations and institutions with Awards for outstanding contributions and achievements in their respective fields.
The Awards are seen as a very important mechanism for furthering the work of the Partnership. By recognising outstanding individuals, corporates, partnerships for the work they do, the All India Businesses & Community Foundation can lead by example and show their peers the multitude of benefits that can accrue to all involved. AIBCF's goal is to network and bring Corporate Sector, Government Agencies, Donor Agencies and Civil Society Organisations and to a common platform.
Categories:
Business Excellence: This award celebrates the very best in customer service, customer retention and customer relationship management. The award will go to a company that can demonstrate, across all its business practices, that it is truly "customer-focused".
Corporate Leadership: This award is established to recognize the role of perceptive and forward-thinking organizations that have been instrumental in the advancement of design by applying the highest standards, as a matter of policy.
This Award is by nomination only, and will go to the outstanding individual who has best demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision. AIBCF recognizes a professional who has attained outstanding achievement and who has consistently supported the vision and goals of economic development of the country.
Health Excellence: Developed in partnership with Health India, as well as health and wellness professionals from across the country, the Healthy Workplace Award recognizes employers who promote, encourage, support and offer exemplary health-related policies and programs in the workplace.
Education Excellence Award: This prestigious Award is conferred upon the outstanding achievers from all over the country and abroad, who has worked incessantly to promote education through words and deeds, an understanding of responsible citizenship and for the benefit of free society.
Quality Excellence Award: The AIBCF Quality Award appropriate for both Private Sector and Public Sector organizations is based on the Indian Framework for Excellence. Hundreds of organizations have been recognized under the AIBCF Quality Award.
Tourism Excellence Awards: The Tourism Annual Awards is a new initiative introduced by All India Business & Community Foundation to celebrate excellence and professionalism and to encourage world-class performance in Indian tourism in an increasingly competitive business environment.
The awards have been instituted to give recognition to the travel industry for its outstanding performances, nationally, in various tourism segments and interests and are also based on its revenue earnings, services and facilities.
Industrial Excellence Award: The awards have been instituted to give recognition to the industry for its outstanding performances in industrial development.
Excellent management is characterized by the consistent and consequent implementation of corporate strategy in all processes under involvement of all employees.
Women Entrepreneur awards: The awards will go to the outstanding woman for her outstanding excellence and contributions towards the growth of her company and for her unique establishment of this successful Group with its strong business foundations.
